Each week for 8 weeks you select your video and do your work with a step by step guide to working through the most recent issues, selecting tools designed to help with these issues. Each video focuses on a particular station allowing you to delve deeply into each area at your own pace. By selecting when to engage you can integrate the lessons into your daily schedule easily.

One to one session - £99

This is one session only to look at the issue that is most prominent for you using the Flow Method test pre session helps to lets you see what this means for. We use practical tools that resonate to you, to relieve and shift. Using Practices to do including daily rituals to improve your life and bring in more clarity, health and Joy. By examining how this issue affects your thoughts, emotions and behaviours, you gain insights into its root causes and implications. You will go away with a better understanding of this way of healing and personal growth and how you can move forward. Approximately 1 hour and 30mins.

The Magick of Growth - £1,444

Once you’ve started to shift and release, the focus turns to growth. You now wish to move into deeper healing and then this is your next step. Focusing on three most prominent issues. You’ll explore strategies that promote clarity and well being that will help empower you to set actions towards improvement in your areas most prominent to you, using the Flow Method Test and Reality Type Test that will help us determine where to start and from there we will develop your own personalised program that will get you on the path of healing the issues at hand, also cultivate a healthier more balanced life. Ultimately this path of unravelling shifting and growing fosters a deeper understanding of yourself and your needs . As you gain clarity, you’ll find and realise your own core values leading you to greater fulfilment and well being. This comprehensive approach equips you with the skills to navigate challenges and embrace positive change enriching your overall quality of life. These sessions run weekly or bi-weekly depending on you, with support with a follow up call each week.

This modality is really a Clean up, cord cutting and purification modality that helps to cut the cords we have to NEGATIVE ties, emotions and attachments that are all consuming and affecting our healing process, leaving only the good behind. Crystal Healing - £75

This is a three part healing where we discuss what issues you would like to address whether its emotional or physical, using specific points on the body we use live crystal which are linked so that can align and sooth the body and mind. Second part of the healing is Healing old or new wounds using an old Fangorian language that is powerful to help to heal old or new wounds we may be carrying. The third part is a crystal reading that your body wants you to know. This really is a wonderfully magickal healing and feels gentle and up-lifting.

Reflexology - £35

This alternative practice has been around for thousands of years because it works, using a gental pressure on specific point of the feet we can help the body to create homeostasis in the body. Balancing the body, soothing the body and aliments, gently detoxing and aiding in distressing and relaxation of the mind and body helping with stress and anxiety and improving your sleep pattern. Reflexology helps with pain management and also the balance of hormones during certain stages of life.

Back Massage - £35

Massaging Back, Neck and Shoulders and is personalised for the issues you might have in these areas and takes 40 minutes.

Full Body Massage - £70

This massage includes Back, Neck, Shoulders, Head, Legs, Feet, Arms and hands. This takes 1hr and 15 minutes.
